Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are dispatched quickly in our system. If there is an error in your order, please contact Customer Service, to have your order canceled. If your order is shipped before you request the change, you can return any elligible order within 30 days. Please visit our Returns page for more information.
How do I return my Order?

You will need your order number, email address the order was placed with and your billing zip code:

Once you complete the process online you will receive our $10.00 printable return shipping label to prevent delays in your refund. The cost of the printable return shipping label will be subtracted from your refund.
You can expect a full refund, with the deduction of your shipping label ($5.00), to your credit card 3 to 5 business days after receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
Is my product covered under your warranty policy?
If you experience a manufacturing defect, Suncloud Optics warrants your sunglasses for the lifetime of the product. Suncloud Optics has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer's defect. Accessories are not covered under the lifetime warranty policy. Suncloud Optics will only authorize the warranty claim for products purchased from an authorized dealer, proof of purchase will be required. To start your warranty claim, please visit our Online Warranty Claim Form. At this time, the warranty evaluation process takes 1 - 2 weeks.

Can I repair my glasses through Suncloud?
There are currently no repairs available through Suncloud.
What is the return policy?
Full price online orders are eligible to be returned within 30 days of your purchase date provided they are in new, unused condition, and the products have the original packaging. We are unable to offer returns to Pro Program member orders at this time.

What are product SKUs and UPC #s?
The product SKU & UPC numbers are unique identifiers assigned to each product which represents the specific model, colorway & size. This is how Suncloud identifies each product, and can be useful when you are filing a warranty claim.
Can I purchase prescription eyewear?
At this time, prescription eyewear is not available for Suncloud Optics.
Can I put lenses from another company or brand in Suncloud eyewear?
After you purchase the product, you may do as you wish with them. However, should you change the lenses to that from another company, the product warranty then becomes void.
What if the product I want is unavailable?
Please use the “Notify Me When Back in Stock” functionality on our PDPs, and if the product you are interested in comes back in stock, we will send you an email reminder.
What is polarization?
Polarization is like noise-canceling headphones for your eyes. Glare off of horizontal surfaces like snow, water, and asphalt, decreases depth perception, reduces visual acuity, and causes eye fatigue. We precisely align the polarized visual layer inside our lenses to filter out 99.9% of this 'visual static' for a finely tuned view of the action.
